Every employee undergoes a criminal background check, fingerprinting, and licensing through the Maryland State Police. All of our security patrol officers receive training in all of our Patrol Techniques.

• Local, state, and federal laws and ordinances training
• Verbal judo and de-escalation techniques to defuse hostile situations
• Continued training and education for all employees to keep their skills sharp and ensure proper protocol is followed
